”The Human:  I treat a human as a form of organic matter. This organicity determines not only the development of the shape of the same form, but it affects the environment, and the entire composition. The human body is important to me, as a form that has fascinated me for a long time. More interesting to me, than any other aspect, is the mysteries of man; the interior that one does not want to disclose. Therefore, presenting the human form, whether in a linear or valued way, showing it in a particular moment or gesture I can at least partially penetrate this mystery, “rip off its mask”.

The nature: Nature is an important inspiration in my work. Reaching to antiquity, according to Aristotle, the word nature refers both to material things, as well as to its essence, the force perceptible with mind. In Polish, environment is the name for the visible and tangible world, while nature is rather the driving force of environment. When dealing with composition I process the image of the world that I can touch, see closely, but my understanding of nature is wider. Nature is the power ruling environment. I reach out to the broader nature of microscopic biological forms, the patterns, structures, forms of plant, animal, human figure through the landscape to space.

The culture: During the long history of societies certain material and mental acquits has been accumulated. For me, culture horizon are man-made objects. Such shapes appear in my compositions as elements of the form. They are different shapes or parts thereof; there are often reflections of typographic fonts”.
